Ingredients-Govindabhog chal(Rice)/Basmati rice(250g),sugar(150g),Raisin, cashew nuts, food colour,Ghee/white oil.
Process- 1st step is govindabhog chal/basmati Rice wash it,then socked it 10 minutes with water.
next step boil water add garam masala and add food colour,then add the soak rice,cook it 80%.
next extra water drain.
now heat ghee or Soyabin oil,then add Raisin and cashew nuts little fry them,then add the boiled rice.
next add sugar,mix them softly.
now cover it 10 minutes in low flame gas.
After minutes your polao is ready to serve.
It is very testy dish.try this.
