Soya chili recipe/ Soyabin chili recipe

Soya chili is very delicious item.I hope you all like it.So today I share this recipe Ingredients- soyabin,capcicum, Onion, garlic,chili,Tomato sauce,soya sauce,salt, cornflower. process- First soak the Soyabin then squeeze them.now add onion paste, garlic paste, salt , cornflower,saya sauce, tomato sauce mix them well. now heat oli and fry the Soyabin.then add onion, capsicum fry them little. now add soya sauce and tomato sauce and salt.mix well. then add the soyabin.cook then 5-8 min. your soya chili is ready. It is very testy dish.

Bengali Misti polao/Sweet Rice

Bengali Misti polao is a traditional recipe.which love almost every bengali's.Even I suggest try this if you love sweet dishes.I believe you love it.
 Ingredients-Govindabhog chal(Rice)/Basmati rice(250g),sugar(150g),Raisin, cashew nuts, food colour,Ghee/white oil. 
 Process- 1st step is govindabhog chal/basmati Rice wash it,then socked it 10 minutes with water. next step boil water add garam masala and add food colour,then add the soak rice,cook it 80%. next extra water drain. now heat ghee or Soyabin oil,then add Raisin and cashew nuts little fry them,then add the boiled rice. next add sugar,mix them softly. now cover it 10 minutes in low flame gas. After minutes your polao is ready to serve. It is very testy dish.try this.

How happy you own and spread happiness

How to happy it is big question in all of us?if we find specifically then obviously we find poor person most of happy and Rich person most of not happy.if we find the cause then we see poor are not have money but they satisfied.And rich person have lot of money but they are not satisfied.This satisfaction came from our mind.If mind is not satisfied then the person not happy, nothing can happy the person.so way of happy own and spread happiness is Satisfaction- if You satisfy what you have.Then absolutely you be happy always. Do something that you feel pleasure- Everyone choices are different,some love songs,some loves movies,some love dance,some cooking etc.Do any which make feel you pleasure.pleasure make us happy. Express feelings- Everyone not talk openly in front people,if you not comfortable to talk openly then write dairy.or even make at least one friend(here friend means - mother, father, brother,sister,friend, husband,wife any of them)who is always with you, never judge you. Avoid negative thoughts- Always keep positive mind.Avoid negative thoughts even avoid negative thinking people.who always thought negative,the person not make you happy.so avoid. Love yourself- At least most important is always love yourself,if you love yourself then obviously it make you happy.If you love yourself then you happy own and spread love other.

5 daily habits which make you very Refresh & Increase your immunity power

Good habits help us to maintain a healthy life,a healthy body & most important refresh mind.follow good habits are not very difficult,it is very easy way.If you promise to yourself should follow good habits then obviously do that. Here I define the 5 good habits which are very important in our daily life.Man, woman, adult,even children who are capable to follow that habits.Everyone I request follow this habits. 
  OIL PULLING- Oli pulling is very nessary way to refresh all day.Now a days it is very common.I suggest everyone should follow this 1st habits. Process-Any cool press oil like coconut oil, olive oil,sunflower oil,any of take 1 spoon and gargle 10/20 minutes.It is very nessary.
  Yoga- Now a days Yoga is very important in our life.Yoga give us pleasure, relaxation,Fresh mind,Fresh body.There I not say you try difficult Yoga.I say try some easy yoga and I assure it pleasure you very much.
  Drink Water- It is very important to drink 6/8 glass of water in a day.As we all know water is life.It is very true Line.Water is very important.so I suggest try minimum 6 glass water in a day. 
  Eat Green vagetables- Green vagetables eat also most important.process food are not hyganic.Fast food also very harmful in our health. So All readers I Say all of you eat more Green vagetables. 
  Sleep well--Minimum 7/8 hour sleep is very important in a person.sleep well is a process where a person relax.A busy day tiredness go if the person sleep perfectly.Extra sleep is not good or little sleep is also not good.A person need a perfect sleep.now we all have smartphones,and we all used it very much even some people forgot sleep when using mobiles.It is very harmful for future health.so I suggest Sleep well is also very good habits. This 5 habits which All person should follow I suggest.It should refresh you and increase you immunity power.

জীবন হল নদীর মতো৷ যেখানে উঁচু নিচু থাকবেই৷ কিন্তু থামলে চলবে না ৷ চলা ই জীবন৷থেমে যাওয়া মানে হেরে যাওয়া ৷ নদী যেমন তার গতি পথের সমস্ত বাধা পেরিয়ে আপন মনে এগিয়ে যায় ঠিক সেই ভাবে আমাদের জীবনের সমস্ত প্রতিকূলতা বাধা পেরিয়ে যেতে হবে নিজের লক্ষ্যের দিকে ৷ তাহলে কোন বাধা আর বাধা থাকবে না ৷ সমস্ত কিছুর মধ্যে নিজ লক্ষ্যে অটল নাকতে হবে। প্রকৃতির সকল কিছুই আমাদের কিছু না কিছু শিক্ষা দেয| তাই সকলে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ হয় জীবন যুদ্ধে সকলে নদীর মতো দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ হয়ে এগিয়ে চলব ৷ জীবন সবসময়ই আমাদের কিছু শেখায়। ভালো পরিস্থিতি যেমন শিক্ষা দেয়, তেমনি খারাপ পরিস্থিতি থেকেও আমরা অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারি। সুখ নামক বস্তুটিকে আমরা সকলে চায়। কিন্তু সুখের সাথে দুঃখ যে অঙ্গাঅঙ্গিভাবে জড়িত তা ভুলে যায়। তাই সুখে যেমন ভেসে যেতে নেই, তেমনি দুঃখে থেমে যেতে নেই। আমাদের জীবনের লক্ষ্য হওয়া উচিত নিজের জন্য নয় সকলের জন্য বাঁচা। 'সকলের তরে সকলে আমরা প্রত্যেকে আমরা পরের তরে' জীবন নিয়ে সকলের মতামত জানাবেন।

My daily routine blog

My daily routine Routine. 11/06/2020 Today is Thursday.Thursday is veggies day in our Bengali culture.Most of bengali not eat non veg Thursday.There a cause.The cause is Maa Lakshmi puja.Bengali's believe Thursday not eat non veg is good for their prosperity.so today I woke up 7 a.m.then take tea and give water plant and food give birds.I clean My bedroom. At 9 am I finished breakfast.Then I do some creative things like stone paint.This creative ideas happy me.After bath I spent some time with my in laws.In Afternoon my husband came from work. Then I spent some time with him.Then we decided make a video for YouTube.Yes I make video in YouTube.In 1 month ago I joined in YouTube.If you guys interested to know what is my channel name then please comment.And this video making is long process as you all know.In 11 pm our video making is complete.Than we finished our dinner.In 11.45 we go for sleep. Hope guys enjoy my routine.please comments me because i want to interect you guys.
